Thing #18-Online Productivity Tools

I wasn't able to successfully download Open Office, but I did go through Google Docs. What I loved about it was that it seemed so user friendly, but I wonder about the issues I've read with being able to access the program consistently. I would love to hear from those who have used both to hear what they have thought.
